Your favourite mobile learning experience is now available VIRTUALLY!
Seed Survivor is a free, curriculum-based, agricultural program for elementary students with a particular focus on Grades 3 and 4 outcomes. After participating in the Seed Survivor VIRTUAL program, students will understand that plants need water, life, healthy soil and nutrients to survive. They will learn about where food comes from and the importance of agriculture in their daily lives. All students get to plant a sunflower seed to take home and grow!
Flexible lesson plans and student activities are included in the virtual learning experience. Additional in-class and eLearning activities, games, videos, posters, recipes and more for Grades 2 to 5 are available on the website.

The Classroom Kit includes:
- Seed Survivor cup and lids for up to 35 students
- sunflower microgreen seeds
- teacher poster thank you gift
- printed media card to help with accessing the virtual learning experience
Note: Teachers will be responsible for providing soil for the planting activity.
BONUS: when 4 teachers from the same school register, we will include a bag of soil!*
*teachers must each independently register within the same week, and indicate in the comments field that it is a team application.
