GRADES 5 TO 8 | MARCH - JUNE 2026
This interactive program takes place at the Regina Food Bank Food Hub and helps students explore nutrition and food security through engaging, hands-on activities. In small groups, students will work through different stations that focus on exploring food groups and nutrition essentials, learning how to read and understand food labels, learning what a balanced meal looks like, and understanding the journey of food from farm to table. In addition to the activities, students will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the Regina Food Bank and its relevance to the community.
Morning ONLY (9:30-11:00)
- March – 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th
- April – 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th
- May – 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th
- June - 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd
