DNA Extraction Presentation
Register your Grades 9 to 12 classrooms to receive an engaging, hands-on classrooom experience that explores bioscience in a fun way and meets curricular outcomes. Students will extract and separate DNA and learn more about biotechnology and how it impacts food the food we eat and the environment we live in. The presentation will also include a career exploration element.

Climate Cool: Science Solutions for Sustainability
Students in Grades 3 to 10 are invited to participate in a science poster competition on the theme of bio-science and sustainability. The poster will be based on one of the selected UN Sustainable Development Goals and focus on community level impact:
- Zero Hunger
- Good Health and Well-Being
- Clean Water and Sanitation
- Affordable and Clean Energy
- Sustainable Cities and Communities
- Climate Action
- Life Below Water
- Life on Land

Sustainable Development Goals Student Resources
All posters will be displayed at Nutrien Wonderhub in October where a panel of scientists will judge the posters and select finalists in each age group. Cash prizes will be awarded to winners of the poster competition! Posters must be an 11 x 17 inch (28 x 43.2cm).
Poster Submission:
DROP OFF posters on Monday, October 17th at Nutrien Wonderhub between 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.
MAIL IN posters must be received by Friday, October 14th at 4:00 p.m. to:
