Virtual Food Farms
Province-wide
GRADE 3 & 4 | Fall
Back by popular demand, Virtual Food Farms allow for teachers and students from across the province to join in the fun, engaging learning experience from the comfort of your classroom!
The Virtual Food Farm program helps students learn about where their food comes from. Students visit a series of exciting virtual stations that include an engaging video, learning resources, and hands-on activity to learn about food and agriculture. Each station focuses on a different aspect of agriculture such as bees, farm safety, water management, dairy, and so many more, making it an interesting learning experience like no other!
The first 30 teachers to register will receive a Virtual Food Farm Learning Kit that includes all the materials for the hands-on activities at each station!
In-person Food Farms are back! Check to see if there is a location near you: View Food Farms.
